attempt

The Japan Herbology Research Institute is discovering the "food potential" of plants hidden in Satoyama forests across the country.

Our goal is to create a world where Japanese trees and unknown flowers are part of food, just as spices and herbs from overseas are on our dinner tables every day.
Valuing Japan's primitive edible plant resources will lead to the revitalization of forestry, a sustainable food supply, and new international competitiveness.
To achieve this goal, they continue to visit satoyama forests across the country to study the unknown potential of plants, develop their own products, and wholesale ingredients to restaurants.
