A igusa basket exclusively for Kusakiken. We wanted to create a gift package that could be used even after it has been given, so we enlisted the help of Sunami Takataka, a igusa basket weaver in Okayama Prefecture, to create an original basket for the 500ml size of Kusakiken's sake. This flexible yet sturdy basket can be used as a wine basket, a small shopping bag, or even as a vase with a bottle inside, even after you've finished drinking the product. Sunami weaves each basket by hand, so we are offering a limited number of these. [About Sunami Takataka] A igusa basket weaver based in Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture. In addition to being a craftsman, he is also a folk art collector, and his home is like a folk art museum.
