We are working with TeaRoom to explore tastes by combining delicious plants found in Japan's forests with traditional Japanese tea-making methods.
We use methods to make white tea and black tea depending on the characteristics of each plant.

[Part 1: Herbal Tea Fermented Magnolia Black Tea]
The leaves of the fragrant "Tamushiba" (Japanese zelkova), a relative of the magnolia, are carefully picked one by one.
By combining the leaves with black tea processing techniques, we have created a special fermented wild grass tea that is refreshing and fruity, with flavors like anise and peach.
Tamushiba is a rare plant that does not grow in large groups, and is often found growing deep in abandoned mountains. Although it is not yet popular, it has recently been gaining attention due to its pleasant fragrance.
Also known as "smelling magnolia," its mountain fruit-like scent has recently begun to gain popularity in the essential oil industry.

[Part 2: Fermented Herbal Tea, Kuromoji White Tea]
Only natural Kuromoji leaves are carefully hand-picked and lightly fermented using the same method as white tea.
A refreshing, clean and elegant fermented wild herb tea with no bitterness whatsoever.
Kuromoji has become more common in tea and essential oil scenes in recent years.
While regular Kuromoji tea often uses the branch part, this time we have luxuriously used only the leaves to allow you to enjoy a clearer and more refreshing aroma.
This is a product that expresses the hope that Kuromoji will grow into a new material that represents Japan.
It combines the refreshing feeling of citrus with the gentleness of bancha tea.
